PLANTAIN NARROWLEAF Tincture - Certified Organic

Fresh Plantago lanceolata and certified organic alcohol.
Acts as a gentle expectorant and anti-inflammatory, it is used to treat bronchitis and coughs. Applications very similar to those of Broad-leaf plantain. It reduces the secretion of mucus from mucosal membranes of the upper respiratory system; helpful in hay fever and sinusitis. Take 2-4 droppers 3 times a day.
